- Pan fried Atlantic salmon with a sour cream mash, gingered scallop, asparagus ragout and drizzled with chive oil
- Roasted lamb loin with a honey and rosemary crush, with potato roesti, oven roasted tomato, wilted spinach and rosemary jus
- Rocket and spinach gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce, green peas, roast garlic, semi-dried tomatoes and basil pesto (V)
